Due to the high costs of processing orders we respectfully request a minimum order value of £10 (excluding postage and packing costs).

Full payment must be included with your order, unless you are an established account customer. We accept payment by cash, cheque, bank transfer, or most major credit or debit cards, Mastercard, or Visa. To pay by card, please quote the full card number, expiry date, security code (usually the 3 digits found on the signature strip on the reverse of the card for Mastercard and Visa and name and address of the cardholder as shown on your statement. We are happy to supply banking details on request if you wish to directly transfer your payment into our account.

Payment by Credit Card

Overseas customers
We prefer payment by credit or debit card as listed above, cheque drawn on a U.K. bank or by cash in pounds sterling. If payment must be made in a foreign currency or by cheque drawn on an overseas bank, please add £15 (or the equivalent) to cover the bank costs we incur in converting this.

Spread Payment
We are happy to consider spread payment on orders in excess of £500.00 to assist larger purchases from the Items Selected From Stock lists only. Payment would normally be split over 2 or 3 months, dependent on the items and value involved, and the goods would be despatched upon receipt of the final payment. For further details, or to discuss specific requirements, please call us.

Postage and Shipping

Postage will be charged on all orders under £300 (orders over £300 will be sent by Special Delivery free of charge unless requested to the contrary).

Please allow £2.00 for ordinary first class mail, £3.75 for Signed For Recorded Delivery or £8.00 for Special Delivery.

Large or bulky lots may incur extra postage charges.

Airmail £4.00, Signed For Airmail £13.00

Airmail £5.00, Signed For Airmail £14.50

Orders are processed as soon as is possible and usually despatched within 7 working days of the receipt of the order, if in stock. Where items are out of stock, we will always endeavour to source new stock, but this will inevitably add to the time taken to process the order. If you have supplied us with an e-mail address, we will inform you of any such delay.

All items offered in lists from this site are offered in fresh and fine condition, unless otherwise stated. Single stamps, coil strips and booklets are all supplied unmounted mint, with good perfs all round. Used stamps are neatly cancelled on or off piece (recent self-adhesives can only be supplied on piece due to the permanent nature of the gum).
